The Image Analysis Collaboratory is running a workshop over one full day: Macro writing for Image Analysis in ImageJ/Fiji.
In this workshop, we will cover the basics of the macro language, how to record and edit macros, and how to use them to automate image analysis tasks in Fiji.
Participation will be limited to ~20 people. The format will be a combination of tutorials and hands-on exercises (you will need a laptop with a decent size screen and admin privileges).
Selection: Mostly based on your short motivation. In case of oversubscription, the available spaces will be distributed evenly between labs and departments.
You need to have a basic knowledge of Fiji.
If you don’t, you can apply for the
Introduction to Image Analysis using ImageJ/Fiji workshop that we are running on October 8th & October 10th.
If you are already somewhat advanced with Fiji macros, this level is perhaps not for you.
