Antoine is a Researcher at Harvard Medical School, collaborating with Dr. Sean Megason and Dr. Simon F. Nørrelykke. His research includes modeling the emergence of multicellular organization in 3D and analyzing bioimages using spatial statistics and deep learning. At the IAC, he uses his interdisciplinary expertise in computer science and biology to assist local researchers in extracting meaningful biological insights from their bioimages.
